A member walks in

Type a name, a member number or scan their card. MyGymanager checks them in and shows how many days are left on their plan.

Someone needs a reminder

Follow-ups gathers everyone whose plan is ending, who has stopped coming or who owes money. Send each a ready-written WhatsApp message.

They pay and get a receipt

Record the payment, attach their JazzCash screenshot, and the receipt is ready to print or send, with the amount written in words.

FAQs

Before you try it

Do I need to install anything?
No. MyGymanager opens in the browser on a laptop, tablet or phone. The demo opens in a new tab with nothing to set up.
Can my front desk staff use it without seeing the money?
Yes. Front desk accounts can check members in, add members and take payments. Reports, expenses, salaries and settings stay with the owner.
Which payment methods does it handle?
Cash, JazzCash, Easypaisa, bank transfer and card. You can attach the member's payment screenshot or a photo of the slip to any payment.
Can I change the colours to match my gym?
Yes. Pick one of 10 themes under Settings, Appearance. You can try a theme on the whole app first, and once you apply it everyone signed in to your gym sees it. Each gym keeps its own theme.
Can members check in with a fingerprint?
Fingerprint check-in is built in, alongside card scanning and typing a name or number. Connecting your own machine is done with you when you start.
How is my gym's data kept safe?
Passwords are stored scrambled and slow down repeated wrong guesses. The screen locks itself when nobody is using it, each person signs in with their own account, and an activity log shows who changed what.
